Processing consists of creating and tracking the three types of work orders and using Shipment Management to complete getting the finished goods to the customer. Each task interfaces along the way with the AddonSoftware Modules to create customer quotes, as well as required shipping documents and customer invoices, all the while keeping your inventory availability up to date.

Easily generate multiple Work Orders from a Sales Order with a single click. There's no need to enter a separate detail line for same trailer; the system will automatically create multiple work orders utilizing the user defined Trailer Bill of Materials for ordered quantities. The system keeps track of all work orders generated for the sales order to ensure there is no duplication.

 Work order processing begins when the work order is released. The system automatically populates the Material Commitment Entry and generates the Trailer VIN. The Work Order Traveler and Pick List can be printed after the release.

Time Sheet Entry, Register and Update can pe processed repeatedly until the work order is completed at which time the Materials Issues Entry is automatically populated for all raw materials. Running the Materials Issues Register and Update will relieve inventory of all materials committed. Once completed the work order can be closed and is available for shipment to the Customer.

A Shipment is defined for the Customers Order using the Shipment Management screen. Only work orders (Trailers) that are completed can be added to a shipment.

Once the shipment is created the MSOs, VIN Tags, Tire Tags and Shipping Document 

can be printed for the entire shipment. The system even allows for initiation of Invoice for the Shipment.
